Heathrow Secure Park provides an  affordable, reliable and secure parking car parking service, whether you are travelling for leisure or business, short-stay or long-stay, we provide a service for you. Our staff are committed to providing customers the ultimate stress-free valet parking service.

What is Meet & Greet..?

One of our chauffeurs will greet you at a designated area outside your departure terminal, where your car will be collected and driven to our secure compound nearby. When you return, it will be delivered back to you outside your respective terminal.

Getting in touch with us.

Kindly ensure to call, 15 minutes prior to your arrival at the airport, for us to ascertain a designated chauffeur to greet you at the appropriate terminal building. This is a precautionary measure to provide sufficient leeway in case of momentary delays. 

Directions for Meet & Greet.

Terminal 1:

Once you exit the long tunnel stay in the far left lane and follow signs for terminal 1 departures, there is 2 drop-off lanes, please park in any one of them, we will collect your car from there.

Terminal 2: N/A

Terminal 3: 

Follow signs for terminal 3 departures, there are 2 drop-off lanes, please park in any one of them, we will collect your car from there.

Terminal 4:

Follow signs for terminal 4 departures, drive up the ramp staying in the left-lane, once you arrive there please park in the furthest lane away from the terminal we will meet you there. 

Terminal 5:

Drive towards the pickup and departure point, as you go up the ramp, you will see a sign for Short stay Car Park. Follow the signs for Short Stay Car park, (This is Level 4 of the Terminal Car Park) but keep in the left hand side lane marked Fast track Business Parking. Drive to the Barrier and take a ticket, then proceed to area Zone L-M, where you will be met by our staff. There is no additional Charge to the customer for entering the Car park.
