What you need to know about 5 STAR Meet & Greet

Information:
Meet and Greet Service at Heathrow International Airport Your car will be taken to a secure compound while you are away.

Security: All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. When your car is collected from you, your vehicle will be transported to our secure car park which is equipped with CCTV and electrified security fencing. The car park is manned 24 hours a day by SIA licensed security officers. Our office is open 24 hours a day where members of staff are on the premises and are available to deal with any queries.

Directions:
Follow signs for Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the airport, follow signs to your departure terminal.

Terminal 1.

Follow signs for Passenger Drop-Off, drive up the ramp staying in the 
left-lane, follow it round to Departures set-down, we will collect the car
from there.

Terminal 2.
Closed.

Terminal 3.

Follow signs for Terminal 3 Departures, there is 2 drop-off lanes outside,  please park in any one of them. We will collect the car from there.

 Terminal 4.

Follow signs for Terminal 4 Departures, drive up the ramp staying in the 
left-lane, stop in any of the lanes outside the building, we will collect 
the car from there.


 Terminal 5.

Follow signs for Short-Stay Passenger Pick-up. Than stay in the left lane 
for Fastrack, please take a ticket at the barrier,enter the car-park and 
drive round to Row L, we will collect the car from there. You don't pay 
for the car park.


 On Arrival.

A member of staff will call you 30 minutes before your pre-booked time to 
confirm you will be arriving on time, on meeting a member of our staff at 
the Departures we will inspect the car with you for any existing damage, 
we will inspect the car for clearly visible damage, we will also record 
your mileage and confirm your return details with you. Your car will then 
be driven to our secure car park where it will remain until your return.

 On Return.

On your return, once you have collected your luggage, call the number 
provided, we will arrange for the driver to meet you with the car.

IMPORTANT!!! If you are going to arrive earlier or later than the agreed 
meeting please call us as soon as possible on the numbers provided. There 
might be a slight wait if you don't come at the pre-booked time.

5 STAR is a Meet and Greet Service where we collect from the airport and secure your vehicle until your return.

Important Info:
This service does not accept any motor vehicle transporter which, inclusive of trailer(s) has a carrying capacity of more than 2 vehicles. Commercial vehicles with a gross weight in excess of 3.5 tons. Motor Cycles. Large Vans and vehicles may be charged at an additional fee
